Ritual: Mix equal parts powder and liquid (water, honey, rose water, yogurt, tea, etc.) until a paste forms. Apply to a clean face and relax for 10 minutes or until dry. While you wait, breathe in for 5, hold for 5, breathe out for 5. Repeat until calmed. Rinse mask and apply a toner, followed by a moisturizer or facial oil. One jar makes about 7-12 masks. Use 1-2 times per week.
